中等职业院校承担社会培训工作的能力分析——基于天津、淮南、宁夏、包头、广州五地中职院校的实地考察

摘  要:中等职业院校在社会培训方面有优势,但如何在社会培训市场竞争中展示出优势,就要靠自身具有承担社会培训的能力。从学校办学理念、社会培训管理制度、师资队伍建设、实训基地建设和培训项目开发等几个维度,考察天津、淮南、宁夏、包头、广州五地示范中等职业院校的社会培训能力建设情况,发现目前中等职业院校承担社会培训工作有潜能,但准备不足,开发有限。针对这些不足进行相应的改进和提高,加强承担社会培训的能力建设,是中职院校生存和发展要考虑的课题。Vocational schools have their advantages in vocational training, but how to show superiority in the training market relies on their own competency to undertake training tasks. A survey has been done in five demonstration vocational schools from Tianjin, Huainan, Ningxia, Baotou and Cuangzhou respectively. The dimensions of the survey involves school's philosophy, training management system, teaching staff, training bases and training project development. The results show that the surveyed schools have the potential to assume training tasks, but they are lacking in preparation and development. Accordingly, effective measures have to be taken to improve their vocational competency for survival and further development.
