摘 要:欧盟的职业教育与培训学分转换系统(EC V ET)以学习成果为核心,以获取资格为目的,通过学分转换和累积,并通过对成人学习者改变学习路径的兼容,对失业人员新资格获得的促进,对非正规、非正式学习成果的验证和识别,以及对学习成果在不同教育系统间的认可和转换,为成人的继续学习提供了多样化的路径。我国要满足成人继续学习的多元化需求,必须建立成人继续教育学分系统,并且应重视普遍性、强调规范性、实现兼容性、促进互通性。The European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training(ECVET)is based on learning outcomes with the purpose of obtaining a qualification, transferring and accumulating credits, enhancing the flexibility of the recognition of adult learning achievements and promoting adult continue learning. It makes adult learners change the learning pathways, enables the unemployed to obtain a new qualification, verifies and recognizes the non-formal and informal learning outcomes. It also recognizes and converts learning outcomes from different education systems to provide a variety of ways for adult to continue their learning. To promote the adult continuing learning in China, a continuing education credit system is necessary. In the process of building it, we must attach importance to its universality, emphasize its standardability, realize its compatibility and enhance its intercommunity.
