摘  要:德国的"双元制"职教模式是世界各国学习和借鉴的职教改革样本。审视其"法规"保障和"双元"特征,反思其移植发展史,可以发现:"双元制"职教模式经历了整体移植、部分移植和理念移植三个阶段。同时,其移植发展史还可以为我国现代职教体系建设提供如下启示:深化职教领域的综合改革,完善体系建设的保障机制;注重职教发展的生态环境,推动"双元制"的本土探索;借鉴"行动导向"教学理念,创新职校传统教学模式。German dual system is a reform sample of vocational education, deserving to be introduced and learned all over the world. After surveying its legislation assurance and dual characteristics and reflecting on transplantation history, this paper finds that the German dual system has gone through three different stages, namely, integrated transplantation stage ,partial transplantation stage and conceptual transplantation stage. Meanwhile,some inspirations for the construction of modern vocational education system can be obtained flom its transplantation history as bellow: deepen the comprehensive reform of vocational education and improve the safeguard mechanism of system construction; lay emphasis on original ecology of vocational education development and push the localization exploitation of German dual system ;borrow "action-oriented" teaching philosophy and innovate the conventional teaching mode in vocational schools.
