摘　　要：公共艺术概念起初是上世纪90年代随着中国的急速城市化进程而被引介至中国的。经过20多年的艰难探索与不断发展,中国的公共艺术整体而言可谓取得了长足的发展：从最初的移植照搬到现在的自主创作;从起始的壁画、雕塑等简单形态到目前涵括了壁画、雕塑、装置、景观设计等在内的多元面貌;从初始的城市装点美化到当下的公共性表达,皆可以看出中国的公共艺术已超越了西方的发展模式,而形成了一套独特的成长路径。The article analyzes the future development of Chinese public Artinlocalization, systematism, digitalization and ecologization. It points out that public art, as a dynamicandopenconcept,graduallyenriches and completes itself in development.Publicartwill play an important role and releaseitsenergy in future Chinese culture and art. Thepublic character of public art is to serve human survival and life, and it will be the ultimate direction of public art in the future.
