摘　　要：根据实用、开放、可持续发展和资源多样原则，构建了以文本库、课件库和多媒体素材库为主体内容的血液病检验技术课程教学资源库。提出该课程教学资源库的建设策略：一是统一协调、科学管理；即，校长指派教务处组织协调、负责策划实施，资源库开发小组具体分工、任务落实到人。二是基于数字化校园平台建设资源库，为教学资源的网络上传、运行和管理提供平台。三是院校合作共建血液病检验技术课程教学资源库，以行业人才需求为导向，服务于学生未来就业岗位。According to the practicality, openness, sustainable development and resource di- versity principle, we have constructed the teaching database for blood disease testing technology with text library, courseware database and multimedia database as the main content. We have also put for- ward the strategies that can be used in the construction of the teaching database. First is unified coor- dination and scientific management. That is the principal appoints Office of Academic Affairs to be re- sponsible for the organization and coordination,planning and implementation,the development team teaching database specific division of labor and the task to the people. The second is based on the platform of digital campus to construct the teaching database, which can provide the platform for the upload network, running and management of teaching resources. The third is cooperation of colleges and universities to build the teaching database for blood disease testing technology, which is industry professionals demand oriented for the service of students＇ future jobs.
