摘　　要：党的十八大首次提出"把立德树人作为教育的根本任务",抓住了教育的本质要求与使命。围绕立德树人根本任务的自我发展和自我约束双重机制,分析与探讨为实现立德树人的根本任务,教育系统内各组成要素相互作用与影响的方式,有助于正确认识立德树人根本任务工作机制改革的内容,把握教育规律,厘清立德树人根本任务工作机制改革的思路。The party＇s eighteen meeting for the first time puts forward ＂the morality education as the fundamental task of education＂ in its report, and captures the essence of education requirements and mission. Based on the morality education fundamental task of self - development and self constraint mechanism, this paper analyzes and discusses the fundamental task of the morality education, and also the influence factors of interaction of each composition in education, which contributes to a correct understanding of the content of working mechanism about the basic task of morality education reform, grasps the law of education, and clarifies the reform ideas of the basic task of the working mechanism of morality education.
