摘　　要：采用GM(1,1)模型对安踏体育用品有限公司股票价格的线性、灰色变化规律进行预测,然后运用BP神经网络模型对GM(1,1)模型的预测残差进行修正,以捕捉其非线性和不确定性规律,最后将两者结果相加得出该公司股票价格最终预测结果。在此基础上进行了仿真预测。The paper,using GM（1,1）model,is to predict the linear and grey variation of Anta Sports Products Limited′s stock price,then uses BP neural network model modified the predict residual of GM（1,1）model,in order to capture the nonlinearity and uncertainty,combining the two results together to get the final prediction results.At the same time,simulate test is on the prediction performance.
