摘　　要：校企合作开展学生德育工作已成为高职院校德育工作新模式。要做好这一工作,必须通过深入调研企业和高职院校对校企合作开展学生德育工作的认识和做法,寻找存在的问题和原因,寻求解决问题的办法,创新合作模式,寻求校企双方的共识,挖掘校企合作这一办学模式的价值,共同为培养社会主义建设者和接班人作出应有的贡献。The cooperation between colleges and enterprises has become a new mode of moral education in higher vocational colleges. To do this, a thorough study on the understanding and the practice of students＇ moral education between enterprises and colleges under school-enterprise cooperation should be conducted. Thus this paper tries to find out the existing problems and the reasons behind, proposes ways to solve the problems, new modes of cooperation and the consensus reached between schools and enterprises that should both contribute to the cultivation of socialist builders and successors, digging into the value of school-en- terprise cooperation.
