摘 要:考察了三种不同分子截流量的纳滤膜DK1812(MWCO 150-300)、KM1812(MWCO 500)和GE1812(MWCO 1000)对木聚糖提取液脱盐效果和木聚糖回收率的影响。结果表明:在木聚糖提取液纳滤脱盐过程中,当置换体积数为4时,DK1812、KM1812和GE1812总脱盐率分别达94.08%、97.58%和90.38%,但DK1812总糖损失率最低,是较为合适的膜组件。在比较了DK1812和KM1812恒容渗滤与先浓缩再恒容渗滤两种操作方式后发现:浓缩倍数相同时,KM1812多糖损失率低于DK1812,再经过置换脱盐后,多糖损失率为18.72%,更适宜木聚糖提取液的浓缩脱盐处理。The effects of nanofiltration membranes molecular weight cut off (MWCO) on desalination ratio and xylan recovery of corn stover xylan extract were investigated. When the number of diavolume was 4 in the desalting process, the total removal ratio of inorganic salts by DK1812 (MWCO 150-300), KM 1812 (MWCO 500) and GE 1812 (MWCO 1000) was 94.08%, 97.58% and 90.38% respectively, however the lowest loss ratio of total sugar was achieved with DK1812, which was the suitable nanofiltration membrane. By comparing DK1812 and KM1812 in two modes of operation: the constant volume diafiltration process and concentrated twice before it, it was concluded at the same solution volume concentration factor, polysaccharide loss ratio in KMI 812 was less than that in DK1812. After constant volume diafiltration, polysaccharide loss ratio was up to 18.72%, KM1812 was thought as the optimum membrane in concentrated desalination process.
