摘 要:为了消除小麦中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)毒素进入食物链对人和动物食物安全造成的隐患,根据DON毒素污染的小麦籽粒与正常麦粒比重的差异,基于重力分选技术的基础原理,提出在筛面出料边设置出料装置的分选改进技术。以DON毒素不同污染程度的小麦设计出料装置,并对DON毒素污染籽粒分选效果作评价。结果表明,出料装置的重力分选改进技术使筛面小麦分布理想,尤其使DON毒素污染籽粒高度集中在筛面污染籽粒出料口附近。与常规的重力分选技术相比,采用改进技术分选后所得毒素污染籽粒部分占总分选小麦的数量减少,且毒素质量分数提高,用于后续加工的正常麦粒的获选率提高。重力分选改进技术可实现小麦中DON毒素污染籽粒的高效分选。Deoxynivalenol(DON; vomitoxin) is a member of the trichothecene family, and many researchers have undertook studies on its toxicity and impact on humans and animals based on the widespread contamination of cereal, so it is essential to prevent it from entering the food chain. Wheat with DON become shriveled and lower in weight than healthy ones and can be separated on the basis of specific gravity by the use of gravity separators. Based on the basic principle of gravity separation technology, an improve separation technology was presented by setting a kind of discharging device at the edge of the screen deck, and wheat with different DON mass fraction were used to build the procedure of the discharging device. At last, the separation effect for DON-contaminated wheat of the improved separation technology was evaluated. The results showed that the improved technology by setting the discharging device could make wheat on the deck forming a better distribution, especially for the DON-contaminated fraction, which were highly clustered together near the contaminated part discharging gate. Compared with the conventional gravity separation technology, the mass fraction for DON-contaminated fraction was higher while the proportion was lower, so the proportion for selected healthy wheat increased, indicating that the improved technology could highly sorting DON-contaminated part from the contaminated wheat.
