疾病词“癘”“痱”“脪”“瘘”等考证

摘　　要：对"癘""■""痱""■""脪""瘘"等6个疾病词及其相关词汇进行考证。主要利用佛经音义相关材料,结合历代辞书、文献材料,与《汉语大字典》相关条目进行比对,补充了某些疾病词的书证,增补或订补了某些词的义项,纠正了某些词的注音及释义,明确了某些词之间的字际关系,并据此对《汉语大字典》中这些疾病词及其相关条目中存在的问题和缺漏进行了补正。The thesis researched on the illnesses vocabularies about li（癘）,fei（ 痱）,xin（脪）,lou（ 瘘） and their contextual relationships. The works of phonetic and annotation about buddhist texts,dictionaries of different dynasties and literatures were been used,which were compared with the entry of grand Chinese dictionary. Accordingly,some documentary evidence of illnesses vocabularies were ahead or supplemented,senses of a dictionary entry of some vocabularies were added or corrected,the relationship about some words were clear,and problems and gaps about these illnesses vocabularies and their contextual relationships in grand Chinese dictionary were added and corrected.
