摘　　要：基于对陕西关中农村创新创业者的问卷调查和Logistic回归分析,探讨农村创新创业人才的素质特征,并从文化程度、家庭人口、就业创业的区域和领域、教育培训需求程度、培训费用和学习机会等方面剖析了当前农村创新创业人才培养中的问题及影响因素,最后提出统筹城乡教育资源,完善农村教育培训体系和创新农村人才培养模式的改进建议。In this paper, based on a questionnaire survey of shaanxi rural entrepreneurs innovation and Logistic regression analysis, the features of rural innovative entrepreneurial talent quality, from the level of education, employment, entrepreneurship, family population areas and fields, training expenses, training learning opportunities, etc the difficulties in the analysis of the current rural creative talents cultivation and influence factors, puts forward should balance urban and rural education resources, improve the rural education and training system, and the suggestions for improvement of the rural talent cultivation model of innovation.
