摘　　要：工学结合、校企合作的协同育人模式是培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要途径。河源职业技术学院旅游管理专业进行了政校行企"协同育人"人才培养模式探索与实践,并取得了良好的成效,对高职旅游类专业开展校企合作具有一定的借鉴意义。Work-integrated learning, university-enterprise cooperation mode of cooperative education is an important approach to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel. The tourism management of Heyuan polytechnic has carried collaborative-innovation Education mode of government, college, industry and enterprise and achieved good results, university-enterprise cooperation in tourism specialty in higher vocational colleges has a certain reference.
