摘　　要："从学校到生涯"(STC)理念是21世纪美国职业教育改革的主导思想。这一理念强调职业教育的全面化和终身化,主张关注学生个体的发展。结合STC理念的核心内涵以及美国在职业教育方面的改革和实践经验,可为我国职业教育的创新提供一定的经验和启示。The concept of ＂from school to career＂ is the dominant idea of American occupational education innovation in 21stcentrury. It is emphasized the popularized and lifelong in the concept, and should be paid attention to the individual development. Combined with the core content of STC concept and the experiences of the reformation and practice about the American occupational education, we can get some experience and inspiration for the innovation of occupational education in our country.
