摘　　要：医疗保险管理是一门理论性、实践性都很强的学科。医疗保险管理教学中有三种教学模式,分别是"学案"应用、案例教学、PBL教学。通过三种教学模式的探索提升医疗保险管理教学质量,弥补医保基础知识不牢的缺点,引入更多案例加强学员对实际医疗保险管理的意识,同时提高学员解决实际问题的能力。Medical insurance management is a theoretical and practical subject. Medical insurance management teaching has three teaching modes, are ＂learning plan case ＂ applications, case teaching, PBL teaching. Through exploring three teaching modes to improve management teaching quality of medical insurance, make up for the shortcomings of basic medical insurance knowledge, introducing more cases to strengthen student awareness of the actual medical insurance management, while improving students＇ ability to solve practical problems.
