摘  要:目的探讨以问题为基础(PBL)的教学方法在压疮预防技术实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2013年9月-2014年5月某院神经内科69名护生行临床压疮预防技术带教。随机分为两组,对照组采用传统带教法,观察组采用PBL教学法,比较两组护生的考试成绩及掌握知识的情况。结果观察组护生出科成绩、所提问题人数比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05);观察组护生在实际操作考核中除皮肤保护措施欠缺方面无明显差异外,余各方面所犯错误比例均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生在对压疮危险因素认识、评估表使用、减压操作、病历书写能力等方面的提高情况均优于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论在压疮预防技术带教中应用PBL教学法可显著提高护生的掌握程度和临床实践能力,提高带教质量。Objective To explore the application effect of the PBL(problem based learning) teaching methodology in the clinical teaching of the preventing technology of the pressure ulcer. Methods A total of 69 nursing students from September 2013 to May 2014, practicing in our hospital department of neurology, were selected as objects of the study. And they were divided into observation group and control group randomly to be got the nursing teaching about the clinical preventing the pressure ulcer. The students in the control group were taught by traditional teaching methology, while the other students in the observation group were taught by PBL. The test scores and the degree of mastering knowledge for the two groups were detected and compared. Results The average score of the theory examinations and the clinical skills assessment of the observation group were significant higher than those of the control group. The proportion of asking questions in the observation group in teaching process was significant higher than that in the control group. the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. There was no significant difference in the deficiencies of skin protection. The rest of deficiencies in the observation group were significant less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. The cognition of risk factors of pressure ulcer and the ability of using assessment form, decompression operation and medical writing in the observation group were significant than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of PBL in preventing technology of pressure ulcer could significantly improve the mastery degree, the clinical practical capacity of prevention knowledge of nursing students, and the quality of teaching.
