摘  要:目的探索以问题为主的带教模式在耳鼻喉科护理带教中的应用成效。方法将护生106人分成观察组和对照组,各53人。对照组采用传统"师带徒"教学法进行带教,观察组采用以问题为中心的教学方法(PBL)进行临床教学,实习结束前进行学习效果评价。结果 92%以上观察组的学生反馈这种带教模式效果较好,使学生解决临床实际问题能力有所提升,认可以问题为主的教学方法(PBL)。结论综上所述PBL教学法"可使学生勤于思考、综合分析问题,提高解决临床实际问题能力",提高耳鼻喉科护理带教质量。Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching method based on the problems in clinical nursing teaching in department of ENT. Methods 106 nursing students were divided into observation group and control group, each of 53 persons. The control group used the traditional "teaching method", the observation group used the question as the central teaching method(PBL) to carry on the clinical teaching, the practice before the end of the study effect evaluation. Results The nursing students in the observation group were more than 92% of the nursing students in the teaching mode of teaching mode, flexible and impressive. It was believed that the ability to improve the ability to solve clinical problems was helpful in favor of the teaching method(PBL). Conclusion To sum up the PBL teaching method "can enable students skilled in analysis and comprehensive evaluation problems, master solving clinical problems must have the basic skills" to improve clinical teaching quality of ENT.
