摘　　要：以温病学教学改革实践为例,总结探讨了运用"三元结合"教学模式的实施效果及其特色与优势。认为"三元结合"教学模式激发了学生的自主学习兴趣和动机,正确处理了传授知识与能力培养的关系,使自主学习能力的培养与临床实践能力的培养同步提高,符合当代医学教育改革趋势和目标要求。This paper takes doctrine of epidemic febrile disease teaching reform as an example to sum up implementation effects and characteristic advantages of applying the triplet combination teaching method. It is believed that this mode can help stimulate students＇autonomous learning interest and motivation, help handle the relationship between knowledge imparting and ability training so that students＇autonomous learning ability nurturing and clinical practice ability training can be increased at the same time.
