摘　　要：任应秋先生开始学医之前,在私塾经历了14年的传统国学启蒙教育。这一时期的学习对其一生治学方法、思想皆大有裨益。简要梳理了任老所接受的私塾教育之内容与形式,结合任老自己的论述,从《四库全书总目提要》与《8轩语》作为治学门径的意义、旧式记诵方法作为基础教育的作用、音韵训诂等"小学"方法对任老医学研究的影响等方面,综合讨论旧式启蒙教育对任老成为大医的重要影响。Professor Ren Yingqiu had received elementary education of traditional Chinese civilization for 14 years in the old-styled private school before he started with medicine. This period of experience benefits him a lot in both academic research method and academic thought. This paper collates contents and forms of Ren＇s schooling in the private school, which is combined with Ren＇s own discourse, to discuss important influence of old-styled elementary education on Ren＇s growing to be a prestigious physician.
