责任制整体护理考核模式的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨责任制整体护理考核模式在新护士考核中的应用方法及效果。方法依据责任制护理工作内容,制订考核内容与评价标准,并用于2008~2013年546名新护士转正考核。考核后,对100名新护士和50名考官采用自设问卷进行调查。结果新护士考核成绩中准备、行为规范、病情评估、病历汇报、技术操作、终末质量得分率较高（〉94%）,护理问题与措施、健康教育得分率较低,分别为77.8%和66.8%。问卷调查的所有新护士和考官认为责任制整体护理的考核模式有利于培养整体护理的理念,能反映护士的综合素质。结论新护士在诊断护理问题、制订护理措施和进行健康教育方面还有待加强。责任制整体护理考核模式能够较全面地评价新护士的综合素质,为临床在职培训提供方向和依据。Objective To evaluate the effects of responsibility holistic nursing in the assessment of new nurses.Methods The examination content and evaluation criteria were formulated according to the content of responsibility nursing and applied in the assessment of 546 new nurses. Totally 100 new nurses and 50 examiners were investi-gated using a self-designed questionnaire. Results The new nurses got higher scores in the preparation,nursing behaviors,patient assessment,reporting cases,technical operations and final quality,while got lower scores in the aspects of identification of nursing problems,making nursing plans and health education. All involved nurses and examiners in the questionnaire survey reported that this assessment mode was conducive to the development of holistic nursing philosophy and could reflect nurses＇ comprehensive quality. Conclusion The new nurses show poor ability in the identification of nursing problems,making nursing plans and health education. The assessment mode based on responsibility holistic nursing can evaluate nurses＇ comprehensive quality and provide reference for inservice training.
