六溴环十二烷的热稳定性包覆实验研究

摘  要:以三氧化二锑为壁材,采用微胶囊包覆的方法改善了不同品质的六溴环十二烷(HBCD)的热稳定性能。考察了壁芯质量比、包覆温度、包覆时间、包覆p H值对HBCD最高熔点的影响;乳化时间、搅拌速率、分散剂用量对微胶囊粒径的影响,最终确定了微胶囊化HBCD最佳工艺参数。实验结果表明,经过微胶囊包覆后,HBCD的热稳定性能获得了明显的改善,最高熔点从195.3℃提高到221.8℃。Using antimony trioxide as wall material,improved thermal stability of microcapsule coated different quality hexabromocyclododecanes( HBCD) was synthesized in this article. The effect of prepared condition including ratio of core materials to wall material,cladding temperature,coating time and coating p H were studied. Meanwhile,it was investigated the influence factors on microcapsule particle size including emulsification time of HBCD solution,stirring speed of preparation and dispersant amount. The optimal coating condition of HBCD microcapsule process was determined. The results showed that the thermal stability of HBCD got obvious improvement and the highest melt point of HBCD was 195. 3 ℃ up to 221. 8 ℃ after microcapsule coated.
