摘　　要：教师聘用是现代远程教育人力资源管理的核心因素,目前国内外对现代远程教育教师的研究大多集中在教师角色、教师素质和教师专业化等方面,对教师聘用机制的研究涉及不多,且缺乏一定的系统性。通过分析现代远程教育教师聘用机制的现状和存在的问题,从选聘、任用、考核三个维度出发,提出现代远程教育教师聘用机制的构建策略。Teachers＇ employment is a core element of human resource management in modern distance education.The current researches on the topic are mostly concentrated on the teachers＇ role,quality and specialization; the study of the teachers＇ employment mechanism is not sufficient and unsystematic. By analyzing the problem in modern distance education employment,the paper aims at the three dimensions,namely,hiring,appointment and evaluation, and proposes the construction strategy on teacher ＇ s employment mechanism of modern distance education.
