摘　　要：全球正处于以工业4.0为代表的先进制造业发展阶段,为我国制造业实现转型升级、成为制造业强国提供了新机遇。高技能人才是实现我国先进制造业发展的重要组成部分,实训基地是职业教育培养高技能人才的重要条件,建设适应工业4.0发展的实训基地成为了当前的首要课题。The world is in the advanced manufacturing industry development stage as the representative of the industry 4.0.It is a new opportunity for China＇s manufacturing industry to achieve the transformation and upgrading and become a manufacturing powerful country.The high skilled talent is an important factor to realize the development of China＇s manufacturing industry,the training base is an important guarantee for cultivating high skilled talents of vocational education.It is the primary task of constructing training base to adapt industry 4.0developing at present.
