市场零售散装牛奶质量调查及其潜在问题分析

摘　　要：随着人们饮食消费观念的理性回归,新鲜、天然、无添加的散装牛奶重新被人们接受。当前市场上零售散装牛奶数量在日益增加,散装牛奶的质量安全问题也日渐重要。鉴于此,本次调查以太原市小店区30个零售散装牛奶站点作为调查样本,对散装牛奶质量指标进行了详细的检验、分析、评定,结果显示,散装牛奶的质量基本稳定,但也存在一些问题和隐患,并提出了相应的整改意见。Fresh, natural bulk milk without additional reagents is being accepted as the rational return of the idea of diet and consumption. As a result of the increasing retail bulk milk in market, the quality and safety issues is also more and more significant. Therefore, totally 30 retail milk sites were selected as the survey samples and detailed inspection, analysis and assessment of retail milk were delivered according to the quality index. The results showed that the quality of bulk milk was basically stable, but there still exist some problems and hidden dangers. Proposals of the corresponding rectification were also put forward.
