摘 要:目的了解高中学生对应用手机短信方法进行健康素养干预的满意度与可行性。方法在北京市1个城区和1个郊区选择4个高一班级的161名学生作为调查对象,通过问卷调查了解其参与手机短信健康素养干预后的满意度和可行性评价,同时选择接受和未接受手机短信干预的各8名学生进行定性访谈了解相关信息。结果参与短信干预的高中学生认为手机短信方法优于传统授课方法的占80.50%,参与对象希望手机短信干预方法继续下去的占90.00%。参与对象对每周两天和每天两条接受短信息的频率,认为合适的分别占63.75%和73.13%。结论高中学生对于通过手机短信获取健康素养干预的方法是愿意接受的,多数高中学生希望应用这种方法进行的干预活动能够持续进行。Objective To investigate the satisfaction and feasibility about health literacy intervention by short message among high school students. Methods 161 students from 4 classes of grade one in high schools were selected. An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted to explore the satisfaction and feasibility for the health literacy intervention by SMS. Results80. 50% of respondents answered that health literacy intervention by SMS was better than by traditional instruction lesson,and90. 00% of respondents hoped intervention by SMS could be sustained. The accepting rate of receiving SMS with frequency of two days per week and two messages per day were 63. 75% and 73. 13% respectively. Conclusion The SMS in health literacy intervention was accepted by high school students. The approach was expected to be continually applied by high school students.
