摘　　要：分析了我国食品冷链人才需求现状,指出其中存在的主要问题,并有针对性地给出了解决的对策,以解决食品冷链物流行业人才供需不平衡问题,推动我国食品冷链物流行业的发展。In this paper, we analyzed the current demand for the food cold chain logistics talents in China, pointed out the major existing problems, and at the end, presented the corresponding countermeasures.
