摘　　要：秘书学作为一门实践性很强的基础学科,产生于实践并运用于实践,因此实践性既是秘书学科发展的根本和原动力,也是秘书人才培养中的重要内容。开设秘书本科专业的高校必须调整办学观念,从根本上重视应用型人才的培养,在具体的学科规划和课程设置上,将学生职业技能的培养和提高作为重要的评价指标和建设目标,切实落实好教改内容加强秘书专业教师实践能力的培养。The science of secretary is a basic discipline with strong practice feature. It was born in practice and applied in practice. Therefore, practical feature is the basis and motive force for the development of this specialty. It is also the important content in training secretary talents. Therefore,we must adjust schooling concept, pay attention to the training of applied talents. In specific discipline project and course set- up, the training of students＇professional skills and improvement must be used as important evaluation index and construction aim. We must implement teach- ing reform and reinforce the cultivation of teachers＂ practical competence.
