摘  要:古代中国"一带一路"对外交往有两次高潮:第一次以印度佛教文化传入中国为代表,《佛图澄所化经》中提到的龙虎蛇饼,就是在我国西北地区广为流行的花馍的基础上,经佛教文化重新诠释,赋予消灾祈福寓意的中外文化交流的创新产品;第二次以伊斯兰教文化与中国文化深入互动为代表,它为我国美食文化提供了更多的清真食材及烹饪制作工艺,产生了有中国特色的清真食品。"一带一路"促进了中外饮食文化的交流与融合,而美食文化在加强"一带一路"各国各民族的凝聚力、促进世界和谐等方面意义重大。There were two climaxes of cultural communication between China and foreign countries and regions along "One Belt and One Road": one is the introduction of Indian Buddhist culture into China,the other is the in-depth interaction between Islamic culture and Chinese culture. Correspondingly,this paper first discusses the stimulation of foreign culture to the spread and innovation of Chinese food culture,based on the description of white flour sculpture according to the Dunhuang Manuscript Sutra of Fo Tucheng's Teaching. Further,this paper focuses on the mutual influence between the "One Belt and One Road"initiative and the food culture along the Silk Road: the former will increase food materials for the Islamic food culture,while the latter will enhance the cohesion between different nationalities along the "Belt"and the "Road",which will further boost a harmonious world.
