摘  要:在VC++6.0平台上,开发了一套基于MFC对话框和Open GL图形库相结合的关节臂式坐标测量机三维图形仿真软件,建立一个功能完整的仿真平台。针对关节臂式坐标测量机,建立其运动学模型,实现坐标定位。软件中加入了视角视距的调整和初始视口重置的功能,从而能够多方位观察模型。该仿真软件能够检测测量机的碰撞情况,而且对于测量机的工作空间形态都有直观显示,为研究人员后续的编程提供依据。A set of 3D graphics simulation software of articulated arm coordinate measuring machine is developed based on MFC dialog box and Open GL graphics library on VC++6.0, and a fully functional simulation platform is established. The kinematics model is established for articulated arm coordinate measuring machine, which can realize coordinate positioning. The functions of adjustment of perspective and stadia and reset of initial viewport are added to the software, which can realize observing model from multi-dimensional. The simulation software not only can detect collision situation of measuring machines, but it also has an intuitive display for form of workspace, which can provide the basis for subsequent programming researchers.
