摘　　要：改革开放至今,高校人事制度改革在不断进行,但总体来说效果不明显,进展缓慢,当前必须认真分析高校人事制度存在的问题,提出新的思考与对策,意在对高校人事制度建设作出一些有用的探索。Since the policy of reform and opening up,the personnel system of higher colleges is under continuous reform,but the effectiveness is not obvious with slow progress. We must concentrate on the new issues during the reform of personnel system in higher colleges with deep analysis,then bring out the new thoughts and countermeasures in order to develop some constructive ideas towards the construction of personnel system in higher colleges.
