摘　　要：计算机、网络技术的发展促进了我国教育信息化,为教育理念的变革和教学改革提供了先进的技术和软硬件环境。现代化信息技术作为大学英语翻转课堂教学模式的实践基础,为大学英语的教与学提供了一种新的思路。翻转课堂通过改变教学流程,实现了知识传授的提前和知识内化,实现以学生为主的个性化教学,提高学习者的学习效果。Education informatization promotes the reform of education and teaching. It provides necessary technical environment and new idea. Flipped classroom is based on the modern information technology. The realization of the personalized study provides a new teaching mode for College English teaching. Through the reform of teaching process, the flipped classroom realizes the optimization in advance and internalization of knowledge imparting knowledge, provides a new idea for the further development of the reform of College English teaching.
