摘　　要：教师质量的提升是当前教师教育改革最核心、最紧迫的任务,卓越教师的培养就成为时代的要求。老牌大学和新建地方本科院校卓越教师的培养模式不尽相同,文章剖析了卓越教师的内涵,给出了新建本科院校卓越教师的培养模式与课程设计,为卓越教师培养提供一定的思路。To enhance the quality of teachers is the core of the current teacher education reform. It is also the most urgent task. Training excellent teachers has become the requirement of the time. The training models are not the same in the old and the newly-established colleges, The article analyzes the connotation of excellent teachers, and introduces the Training model of excellent teachers and curriculum design in newly-established colleges.
