摘　　要：本科生毕业论文是本科院校人才培养的重要环节,毕业论文的质量是衡量高等院校教育水平和人才培养质量重要指标之一。文章统计了长治学院生物技术专业近三届毕业论文的选题来源和学科分类,分析了本科毕业论文工作中存在的问题及原因,并结合笔者指导本科毕业论文的实践,提出相关的解决措施和参考性建议,以期为进一步提高生物技术专业本科论文的质量提供借鉴。Graduation thesis is an important teaching step of personal training aims for undergraduate colleges. The quality of graduation thesis is one of the important criterias to judge the teaching standard and the quality of talent education. The paper collects the thesis topic resources and subject categories of the latest three graduates majored in biotechnology, and analyzes the existing problems. Combined with the author＇s practice to guide undergraduate thesis, relevant solutions and reference suggestions were put forward in order to provide references for further improving the thesis quality of graduates majored in biotechnology.
