摘  要:培养中职学生的职业素养,仅仅通过各类课堂教学以培养学生的职业素养意识是不够的,需要更加重视学生职业素养行为和职业素养能力的培养。开发职业素养沙盘课程将是提高学生职业素养的有效方法。它可以提高企业仿真环境,模拟企业实际流程,加强学生对企业的理解,提升学生的综合知识能力和职业素养能力。It is not enough by all classroom teaching to cultivate secondary vocational school students' professional quality. The school needs paying more attention to students' professional quality behavior and professional quality ability training. Developing professional quality sand table course is an effective way to promote students' professional quality. The course can simulate enterprises environment and real process,and benefit students to well understand enterprises,so as to promote students' comprehensive knowledge ability and professional quality ability.
