摘 要:目的探讨RegⅣ与EGFR在结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)组织及正常结直肠黏膜组织中的表达,并分析二者表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化结合组织芯片法检测92例CRC组织及对应正常黏膜组织(距癌边缘>5 cm)中RegⅣ与EGFR的表达,并分析二者表达的相关性。结果 (1)CRC组织与正常黏膜组织中RegⅣ的阳性率分别为53.3%(49/92)与8.7%(8/92);EGFR的阳性率分别为55.4%(51/92)、4.3%(4/92)。RegⅣ与EGFR在CRC组织中的表达均高于正常黏膜组织(P<0.05)。(2)REGⅣ与EGFR的表达与CRC分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),二者表达与患者性别、年龄、肿物大小以及浸润深度均无关(P>0.05)。(3)CRC组织中RegⅣ与EGFR的表达呈正相关(rs=0.343,P=0.001)。结论 RegⅣ与EGFR在CRC组织内的表达均增高,并且呈正相关关系,提示二者共同参与CRC的发生与发展,联合检测RegⅣ和EGFR可为研究CRC的治疗、生物学行为及预后提供理论依据。Purpose To investigate the expression of RegⅣ and EGFR in colorectal cancer tissues and normal tissues,and to analyze their relationship with clinicopathologic features. Methods The expression of RegⅣ and EGFR was detected by immunohistochemistry combining tissue microarray. The specimens included 92 colorectal cancer and corresponding normal mucosa tissues( from cancer edge 〉 5 cm). The relationship between RegⅣ and EGFR and clinicopathologic parameters was statistically analyzed. Results The positive expression of RegⅣ was 53. 3%( 49 /92) in colorectal cancer tissues and 8. 7%( 8 /92) in normal tissues. In colorectal cancer and normal tissues,the positive expression rates of EGFR were 55. 4%( 51 /92) and 4. 3%( 4 /92) respectively. The expression of RegⅣ and EGFR in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). RegⅣ and EGFR expression was related to differentiation,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage( P 〈 0. 05),but both were not with the patient’s gender,age,and size of the tumor( P 〉 0. 05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of RegⅣ and EGFR( rs= 0. 343,P = 0. 001). Conclusions RegⅣ and EGFR are upregulated in colorectal carcinoma,and may play important roles in the carcinogenesis of the colorectal cancer. Detecting the expression of RegⅣ and EGFR may be useful in judging the clinical biological behaviors and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
