摘　　要：1999年我国高校开始大规模扩招,从此我国高等教育事业出现了强劲发展的势头,很多本来不能进入大学的学子因为高校扩招圆了大学梦,但一个新的问题也随之产生,那就是高校的教育资源和办学空间严重不足,很多高校不得不开始建设新校区扩大校园面积。高校新校区建设项目综合性强,工程浩繁,耗资巨大,投资期长,尤其是在资金筹集与运作方面面临巨大挑战。本文以河北J学院新校区建设项目为例,对高校新校区建设的多元化融资渠道进行了探讨。Higher education of China develops rapidly since 1999, when most of universities expand enrollment, many students can get an offer from universities. But it was followed with a serious shortage of educational resources and campus. So it is very urgent to expand the campus, i.e. to build a new college campus. But, in the process of managing the business, finance is the most hard nuts which prevent the colleges＇ development, especially the shortage of development funds. However, because of its comprehensiveness and its large need of funds, the shortage of funds has become the bottleneck of the plan of building the new college campus. Taking Hebei J College new campus construction as an example, the authors discuss the diversification of the financial model.
