中等职业教育免学费政策存在的问题研究述评

摘　　要：2009年国家颁布对中等职业教育免除学费的政策,给中等职业学校的学生带来了很多福利,也受到了社会的广泛好评,但七年来该项政策在实施过程中的问题也逐渐凸显出来。本文通过对中等职业教育免学费政策实行过程中的问题进行相关综述,进而分析其解决对策,并为今后免学费政策的完善提供参考建议。The 2009 secondary vocational education free tuition policy has brought about many benefits to students of secondary vocational school, also widely praised by the society, but problems appeared in the seven years of the process of implementation of the policy. This article describes the problems and analyses some solution, hoping to provide reference for perfecting the policy of free tuition in the future.
