摘　　要：新常态下思想政治教育的环境和任务发生了很大变化,高校思想政治理论课必须紧扣时代特点,注重思想政治理论课内涵提升和实践教学的创新,努力培养有灵魂、有理想、有专长的社会主义事业接班人。In the newnormal,there are great changes of university environment and tasks in the ideological and political education. We must keep up with the characteristics of the times closely,pay attention to connotation upgrade and innovation of practice teaching,and take efforts to train successors that have soul,have ideal,have expertise for the cause of socialism in the ideological and Political Theory Teaching.
