我国大学新生始业教育课程构建的研究

摘　　要：由于当前大学新生由中学阶段的应试教育过渡到丰富的大学生活过程中产生心理期许落差、毕业生就业难对当前大学教育的冲击和社会道德滑坡现象对大学生"三观"的诱导等问题频频出现,所以大学新生始业教育这个高等教育系统中的初始环节被提上日程。但是现行大学新生始业教育存在一系列诸如高校重视不够、内容针对性待加强、评价体系实效性不足等弊端,文章着力从课程体系的视角下构建大学新生始业教育,旨在阐述大学新生始业教育的基本理念、内容、实施方式以及具体的评价方式。Due to the anxiety of freshmen, effects on undergraduates from the existing difficulties in graduates employment and impacts caused by social immorality phenomena, freshmen＇s orientation education, acting as the initial part of higher education, is on the agenda urgently. Still, there is a series of drawbacks in freshmen＇s orientation education, such as insufficient attention of universities, pertinence of the content and the invalidity of assessment system. Therefore, it is important to construct freshmen ＇s orientation education in the perspective of curriculum system, including set-up of targets, content selection, implementation and evaluation system.
