摘 要:压力面试是目前使用较为广泛的人事测评工具,在员工招聘、选拔和任用中发挥着越来越重要的作用。由于医务人员专业性强,工作压力大,可能随时面对各种突发情况,对医护人员的专业技术能力、突发事件处理能力等要求更高。针对医务人员胜任素质模型的压力面试能有效考查应聘者的综合素质,在招聘中选拔出适合岗位要求的人才。Pressure interview is personnel assessment tool of widely use at present, which plays an increasingly important role in staff recruitment, selection and appointment. As the medical workers would face big working pressure and have to handle all kinds of emergency at any time, thus they are required of better technical ability and emergency handling capacity. The pressure interview based on the medical workers' competency model can effectively test the candidates' comprehensive quality so as to select the suitable person for certain position from the recruitment.
