基于“小先生”的技能教学新模式应用探析

摘　　要：实习实训是职业技能教学的基本方法和手段,提高技能教学的质量是职业教育的目的。介绍"小先生"的技能教学新模式,分析基于"小先生"的技能教学可能性,在省级特色专业广播电视技术实习实训教学中,阐述"小先生"提高技能教学质量中的实际应用,并总结实际应用的体会。Practical training is the fundame ntal method for vocational skill teaching and vocational education is to improve the quality of skill teaching. This paper introduced the new mode for skill teaching based on Xiao Xiansheng, analyzed the possibility of skill teaching, illustrated applying the new teaching mode to improving skill teaching quality for the students majoring in radio, TV technology, and summed up the authors＇ experience.
