摘　　要：语言互通是"一带一路"建设的基础性工作。"一带一路"语言资源建设应该覆盖沿线国家全部语种,从语言资源的开发、共享与应用三个层面出发,组织实施"一带一路"的语言资源库工程、语言文化博物馆工程和"语言通"工程,更好地服务互联互通、国家安全、文化传承和经济发展。为了全方位构建"一带一路"语言资源建设的系统工程,一要进行战略规划,二要整合现有资源,三要开展跨国合作,四要运用前沿技术。Language connectivity is the basis for implementing the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ Initiative. The language resources program for developing the Initiative should cover all languages of the participating countries, start from the development, sharing and application of language resources, and help organize the implementation of the language resources library project, the language and cultural museum project and the ＂language communication＂ project, so as to better serve connectivit2; national securitN cultural heritage and economic development. In order to comprehensively develop the language resources program for the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ Initiative, China needs to make a strategic plan, integrate the existing resources, carry out cross- border cooperation, and make use of the cutting-edge technology.
