摘　　要：交叉培训是一种简便、有效的团队培训方式。我国成人教育管理者培训采用交叉培训十分必要,它对解决目前成人教育管理者培训机构不足、培训时间和资金紧张、培训师资缺乏、培训方式单一和培训内容重理论轻实践等问题有一定的意义和价值。对成人教育管理者实施交叉培训,需要激发他们参与培训的动机、制定培训的实施计划、跟踪培训的全过程以及注重培训的成果转化。Cross training is an easy and effective team training method. Cross training of the adult education manager is especially necessary, it has certain significance and value to solve the problems, which including the shortage of the training institutions and training teachers, the strain on training time and money, the restriction of single training way and paying attention to theory than practice. Cross training for adult education managers needs to inspire them motivation, make cross training implementation plan, track all the process of cross training and pay attention to the achievement trans- formation of cross training.
