摘 要:内隐学习是心理学界研究的新领域,它不仅开拓了心理学研究领域,而且将它的相关理论引入到成人教育中,有利于优化课程设置、完善教学方法、丰富教学内容和完善学习评价。内隐学习是成人学习的重要方式,为促进成人内隐学习,成人教师要创造合适的任务情境、选择恰当的教学内容、合理运用指导语;成人自身要有意识地练习、主动地沟通、运用多元的学习策略。Implicit learning is a new field of psychology research, and its discovery not only developed the content in the field of psychological research, but also has great meanings when it was in- troduced into adult education. Implicit learning is beneficial to optimize the curriculum, improve teaching methods, enrich teaching content and improve learning evaluation. Implicit learning is an important way for adult learning. In order to promote adult implicit learning, adult teachers should create appropriate task situations, select appropriate teaching content, reasonably. And adults need to do practices consciously, communicate with use guidance language others actively and use multiple learning strategies.
