摘　　要：校园文化建设已经成为开放大学内涵建设的一项重要内容,行动者网络理论为分析开放大学校园文化的参与主体以及主体之间相互协作的动力机制提供了重要视角。开放大学校园文化由多个行动者共同构成,形成一个具有多元性、异质性、关系聚合性等特点的行动者网络。当前开放大学校园文化建设的行动者网络面临着社会文化变化发展、行动者异质性、制度与机制缺失等方面的挑战,需要从激活行动者、寻找行动者的利益共同点、增强行动者文化认同、完善相关激励机制等方面促进开放大学校园文化行动者网络的发展。Campus culture construction has become one of the important part of open university con- notation construction. Actor- network theory provides an important perspective for analyzing the dynamic mechanism which participants who join in the campus culture construction and mutual cooperation among the participants . The Open University campus culture consists of multiple actors. And It has the basic characteristics of pluralism, heterogeneity, and aggregation relationship. Nowadays, actor-network of campus culture construction for Open University faces challenges of de- velopment of social and cultural, actors heterogeneity and lack of institutional and mechanisms, which needs to activate the actors, look for common interests, enhance cultural identity, improve relevant incentive mechanisms to promote the development of campus cultural actors in the network for open university.
