摘　　要：由于教学资源缺乏、学生课内练习时间不足等原因,高职高专的护理教育很难达到培养高等技术应用型人才的教学目标。我系自2012年开始实施"导生制"下的学生自主实训,通过建立导生的管理机构并不断完善管理培养机制,使学生的整体素质有了较大程度的提高,并促进了班风和学风的建设。Due to lack of teaching resources, students less class exercise time and other reasons, nursing educat, ion in higher vocational colleges was difficult to cultivate the goal of training higher application-oriented talents. Since 2012, students independentI practice under the monitorial system was carried out. Through establishing regulatory agencies and improving training management mechanism, overall quality of students was significantly increased; and class atmosphere and learning atmosphere were promoted.
