摘　　要：为了进一步加强医学类高职生职业能力的培养,福建卫生职业技术学院聘请麦可思数据公司对2013届毕业生进行了追踪调查,分析医学类高职生职业能力存在的主要问题,提出深化理论课教学改革、完善实践教学考评体系、拓展人文课程、打造应用型师资队伍等对策建议。In order to further strengthen the cultivation of medical students＇ professional abilities, Michael Data Information Company is employed to track and survey the graduates＇ career development of 2013 in Fujian Health Voeational and Technical College. Based on it, the main problems are analyzed and suggestions are put forward such as deepening the reform of theoretical course, improving the practical teaching evaluation system, expanding the humanities courses and forging the application-oriented teachers.
