苹果浓缩汁加工过程中活性炭再生工艺研究

摘　　要：以氢氧化钠为再生液,研究浓缩苹果汁加工过程中所用活性炭的再生工艺.结果表明,Na OH浓度、处理时间、处理温度对活性炭再生效果的影响依次减小;在Na OH浓度为2%、处理时间135 min、处理温度85℃的条件下最有利于活性炭的再生.Sodium hydroxide was used as regenerant,and the regeneration technology of activated charcoal used in the process of concentrated apple juice was investigated. The results showed that the effects of Na OH concentration,processing time and processing temperature on regeneration decreased in their turn. The optimum conditions for the regeneration of activated charcoal were2% of Na OH,135 min of processing time and 85℃ of processing temperature.
