基于机械工业发展要求的职业教育改革研究

摘　　要：机械工业是国民经济发展的基础性支柱产业。"黄金十年"中国机械工业发展取得了巨大成就,规模已跃居全球首位,自主创新能力不断提高,国际市场不断扩大,吸收了大量的就业人口。今后,我国机械工业将围绕平稳发展、产业升级、自主创新、夯实基础、两化融合、绿色制造等目标,解决关键基础薄弱、创新能力不强、发展方式落后、高端技能人才短缺等问题。行业职业教育将根据产业发展要求,通过优化专业结构、调整培养规模、促进层次提升、更新课程内容、推进产教融合、提升职教国际化水平等途径,提高人才培养质量,满足行业发展要求。Machinery Industry is the basic pillar industry of national economic development. Chinese machinery industry has made great achievements, and the scale has leapt to the first in the world, and independent innovation capabilities continue to improve, and the international market continues to been expanded, and more people has been employed. In the future, Chinese machinery industry will focus on steady development, industrial upgrading and independent innovation, solid foundation, integration of IT and industrialization, green manufacturing, and other objectives, which aim to address the following problems： the weak key foundation, the poor innovation ability, the backward development, the shortage of high-skilled talents,etc. According to the requirements of industrial development, the industry vocational education will improve the quality of personnel training to meet industry requirements by optimizing the professional structure, adjusting the training scale, raising the level promotion, updating the course content, promoting the integration of production with teaching, enhancing the international level of vocational education,etc.
