摘 要:高粱秸秆直接还田或沤肥是很好的有机肥料,也是生物质能源转化利用的重要资源。在相关应用中需要进行粉碎、切段、压榨等加工,针对加工参数的优化需要研究其力学性质。本文试验研究了越冬后自然干燥的高粱秸秆的弯曲强度、剪切强度、拉伸强度、弹性模量、穿刺强度等力学性质指标,以及茎秆不同节间力学性质的变化等材料力学特性,为相关加工设备设计及工艺参数优化提供了参考依据。The sorghum stalk direct-application or waterlogged compost was the high quality organic fertilizer,largely increase soil organic matter,and it also was an important resource of biomass energy conversion and mixed feed utilization.Processing such as smashing,rubbing and cutting should be performed in these applications,so we studied its mechanical properties for optimization of process parameters.We tested the bending strength of air drying sorghum stalk after winter,and the shear strength,tensile strength,elasticity modulus,puncture strength of the cortical layer and inner core,and studied regularity of the stress and strain,bending resistance and the mechanical properties regulation of different internodes.The study provides rational reference basis for related processing equipment and optimization of process parameter.
